Refund & Returns Policy

At ZAAP USA, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at info@zaapusa.com Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or refunds on clearance or sale items unless they are damaged or faulty. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within  days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
